Villa Kazyuccas

Kazyuccas offers all the comfort of a 200m2 owner’s home, in true authentic Caribbean style.

The villa promises panoramic views of the islands of Dominica, Les Saintes and Guadeloupe.

Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the shops and the Les Basses lagoon, Kazyuccas has an air-conditioned master suite with a 160 cm double bed, mosquito net, walk-in closet and private bathroom, an air-conditioned “bungalow” bedroom with two single beds, mosquito net and private bathroom, and an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, mosquito net and private bathroom.

You will enjoy a superbly equipped kitchen: American-style fridge + extra fridge, pyrolytic oven, microwave, Nespresso, ceramic hob, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, food processors, ironing board…

The living room, open to the terrace with views over the pool and the Les Basses lagoon, has a fully equipped TV corner with TV box, Chromecast and a games console. The whole house is also connected by fiber and Wi-Fi, making remote work possible if needed.

The large veranda with its ti-punch lounge (ti-punch is the local rum cocktail), a dining area in front of the kitchen, and a pool deck with hammock and sun loungers give Kazyuccas guests a complete change of scenery in the middle of a charming tropical garden, lit up in the evening.

The pool is secured by an alarm. Swimming is at your own risk; this property is not recommended for toddlers.

Our four-legged friends are not allowed. 

Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, out of respect for the neighbors.
