Kazamariegalante publishes listings for tourist accommodation; the rental agreement is made between the owner and the guest, and each owner sets their own booking conditions:

When booking, you will accept the booking conditions, which will then be set out in your voucher.

Bookings are not subject to any right of withdrawal.

A ☀ selection brings together accommodation offering a 10% low-season discount, subject to availability.

A 🤍 selection brings together accommodation available exclusively through Kazamariegalante.

Guests are informed that they may object to the use of their telephone details for commercial canvassing purposes by registering on the telephone marketing opt-out list at bloctel.gouv.fr or by post at: Worldline – Service Bloctel – CS 61311 – 41013 BLOIS CEDEX. In the event of a dispute, guests are informed that they must first send a written complaint to the service provider. If the response to the complaint is unsatisfactory, or if no response is received within 30 days, guests may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator listed among the mediators approved by the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation (Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation).
