Kazcajou, in the hills above Grand-Bourg, overlooks a small, breezy residential development, peaceful and with open views over the surrounding countryside.

This home features an air-conditioned master suite with a 160 cm double bed and mosquito net, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, mosquito net and closet, a separate bathroom with toilet, and a mezzanine with two single beds and mosquito nets that sleeps two guests. A superbly equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto, induction hob, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board….

Kazcajou offers a large living space with a sofa/lounge corner with a latest-generation TV, DVD player and Netflix, a dining area opening onto the balcony through a large glass door, and an open kitchen with a serving hatch to the outdoor dining area.
When you book for 8 guests, you also have an independent garden-level studio with its two single beds.

The above-ground pool, set in front of the house, is fitted with a safety fence, a small cascading water jet, sun loungers and a large parasol.
The pool is secured by the fence, which prevents access when closed. 

Swimming is at your own risk; this property is not recommended for toddlers.

Our four-legged friends are not allowed.

 Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, out of respect for the neighbors.
