Effet Lagon is a Creole house set right on the beach, with private access to the lagoon — a spot to unwind on the sand or right at the water’s edge for unforgettable moments of relaxation.

The property is set in a charming garden with hammocks and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility. A large covered terrace welcomes you with a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a bar that is ideal for festive drinks or even for cleaning your freshly caught fish. 

Inside, a bright, spacious living room opens onto a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy your meals with a view of the terrace

The house has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with windows or wooden louvers that bring in cool air and authentic charm. There are also two modern shower rooms, one with a toilet, plus a separate toilet for added convenience. And for anyone wanting to rinse off after a day at the beach, an outdoor shower is available as well.

Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, out of respect for the neighbors.
