Welcome to Villa CapLand, an authentic wooden house with a pool and views over the lagoon and the neighboring islands of Dominica and Les Saintes. 

Nestled in a residential neighborhood close to the town, it stands resolutely apart with its Creole architecture and its large exotic-wood deck terrace; this villa invites you to experience the Caribbean in complete simplicity and serenity.

The house opens onto a spacious gallery of over 80 m², combining an outdoor lounge, a dining area around an acacia table seating 6, and a pool with a submerged lounging shelf, perfect for cooling off at any time of day.

The main living space houses a master bedroom with double bed and private shower room, along with a second bedroom designed for children or friends, with two single beds and a private shower room.

 The functional, well-equipped indoor kitchen opens onto the terrace, with views over the pool and the sea.

Right next door, an independent module adjoining the terrace offers a cosy third bedroom, its own shower room with WC, and a delightful open-air outdoor shower.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, fitted with mosquito nets and quality linens. 

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with the option of renting 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on your needs.

Swimming is at your own risk; this property is not recommended for very young children.

Our four-legged friends are not allowed.

Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, out of respect for the neighbors.
