In the interest of transparency, we wish to inform you of construction work under way on our neighbors' property. As we cannot anticipate the project's various phases or the disturbance they may cause, we are pleased to offer you a 20% discount on your next stay.

An indoor/outdoor living space and a prime location in a residential neighborhood that guarantees you Marie-Galante peace and quiet.
An air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed, mosquito net, closet and private bathroom.

The second air-conditioned bedroom has two 90 x 200 single beds that can be joined to form 1 double bed, with mosquito net and closet.
A bathroom with WC.
A living room with sofa and TV & sound corner.
An equipped kitchen adjoining the living room and opening onto the terrace (fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, microwave, self-cleaning oven, washing machine, dishwasher)

A gallery with an aperitif corner for a ti-punch (the local rum cocktail) at sunset by the pool.

A tropical garden, a barbecue and the essential hammock.
If you book for 6 guests, you can enjoy an independent air-conditioned master bedroom in a small cottage adjoining the villa, with queen-size bed, mosquito net, private bathroom and terrace with sea view.

Please note: the pool is secured by an alarm. Swimming is at your own risk; this property is not recommended for very young children.

Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, out of respect for the neighbors.
