Kazcanopée

Set in a residential neighbourhood on the heights of Grand Bourg, this recently built house is designed in a cabin spirit. Surrounded by a small tropical garden with frangipani, tiaré, papaya, pomme-liane (a local passionfruit), atoumo, lemongrass, basil and rosemary, it will awaken all your senses. 

The kitchen is outside on the breezy terrace, with a view over the treetops. The pool adjoining the terrace, with its two bench seats, invites you to unwind. *

The well-ventilated lounge with smart TV has a sofa with chaise longue, offering an unbeatable view over the canopy. 

The upper floor is reached by a Robinson Crusoe-style staircase. The two bedrooms, with their large windows, offer lovely views of the sea with the island of Dominica in the background. Each is fitted with brand-new 140 cm bedding with firm support. In keeping with the spirit of the place, the bedrooms are open and have no doors. The shower is located outside. Separate WC with washbasin.

 The Murat trail hiking path is accessible from the house. 5 minutes from the beach. A dozen steps lead down to the house. 

The garden is on a slope and the steps call for extra care. Swimming is at your own risk; the house is not recommended for very young children — we welcome children aged 6 and over.

Our four-legged friends are not allowed. 

Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, with respect for the neighbours.
