Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and one upstairs with a fan-cooled sitting corner and a small terrace with a lovely view over the turquoise waters. The villa has an outdoor access ramp for easier entry, access through the sliding glass door for better accessibility, a raised WC and a walk-in shower for optimal comfort.
On the garden side, the open-plan kitchen looks onto the TV lounge, with a covered gallery beside the pool; the outdoor area is fenced.

A car-free holiday is possible: it is just 500 m from the Grand-Bourg beach, where you will find a grocery store and restaurants.

Lovely walks towards Château Murat, and you can swim right in front of the house.

Swimming is at your own risk; this accommodation is not recommended for very young children.

Parties and events are not allowed, but you are welcome to have friends over for dinner, with respect for the neighbours.
